Return Policy

  • Please email your return request to [email protected] with details about which part(s) need to be returned and your reason for returning them.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept any returns beyond 30 days.
  • We cannot do exchanges. Please double check you're ordering the correct part (side, color, etc.) before placing your order. Please also enter your VIN during checkout so that we can help ensure your part will fit.
  • To be eligible for a return, all parts must be resalable and in the original packaging. All manufacturer part number stickers with barcode must be intact and whole. If the part came in a sealed bag, the bag cannot be opened. If any of these criteria are not met, we cannot accept the return.
  • Please do not write on the box (not even the address), do not cover any part number stickers, and do not tamper with the part number stickers (e.g. ripping them, scratching them out, cutting them, or otherwise damaging them). Doing so will cause the return to be rejected. If you need to write the address, write it on a piece of paper and tape it to the box.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find to have been installed, used, or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
  • If parts are defective, broken, wrong, or damaged, please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about what can be done. We cannot help beyond 15 days.
  • Don't chance ordering the wrong part. To prevent avoidable returns, please verify part numbers, compatibility, and fitment prior to purchasing and enter your VIN number at checkout so we can double-check proper fitment as well. (See Part Compatibility and Fitment for further details.)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Parts

  • Installed parts are not returnable.
  • Seat belts, Retractors, and Air Bags are not returnable.
  • Anything shipped hazardous is not returnable.
  • Liquids are not returnable.
  • Nuts and Bolts sold in quantity packs are not returnable.
  • Anything with a damaged part number sticker is not returnable.
  • Electrical parts, modules, and motors (i.e. key fobs, fuses, wiring harnesses, parts with wires, sensors, motors, modules, control units, battery cables, remote engine starters, alternators, etc.) are not returnable, regardless of whether or not they've been opened. This is a safety issue.

Part Compatibility and Fitment

  • The line drawings you see on most parts are merely representations of the part and DO NOT necessarily match what the part will look like. Nor do they indicate which side it's for simply based on how it's drawn. Do not look at the drawing to determine orientation. Please email with any questions.
  • Our website alone (even with your VIN entered on the site) can neither verify nor guarantee proper fitment. Only we can do that with your VIN number.
  • It is your responsibility to verify part numbers, compatibility, and fitment prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered items.
  • Please double-check all part numbers to make sure they match your vehicle and are actually what you're looking for (i.e. Is this part for the front or rear? left or right? color?). Don't just assume it's correct. Not sure? Send us an email!
  • Before placing your order, we recommend that you verify part compatibility by entering your VIN on our website. However, please note again that this is not a guarantee of proper fitment; it only matches year, make, model, and trim. It does not factor in things like cab size or color. And there are often multiple choices even between the same trim. Not sure? Send us an email!
  • If a part fits your make and model, there will be a green banner stating so. Otherwise, it likely does not fit. But even the green banner can be wrong at times due to little idiosyncrasies with your particular model. Email us with your VIN and we'll let you know for sure!
  • FOR BEST RESULTS: Enter your VIN at checkout after you've selected your shipping method. We will then do a more thorough check that your parts fit before shipping them out and alert you to any discrepancies.

  • Returns on items that do not properly fit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Remember: "Left" is Driver's Side and "Right" is Passenger Side.
  • Our VIN verification system cannot verify fluids. To ensure you receive the proper fluids, please refer to your owner's manual or confer with your local dealership.

Core Returns

  • If you're interested in returning your core, please email us at [email protected] and we will follow up with instructions on how to proceed.
  • The core being returned must be the original part from the vehicle; it cannot be an aftermarket part you've replaced.
  • All cores must be returned in the same box and packaging that the new one arrived in.
  • Core returns must be sent back within 15 days of receipt of the new one.
  • Core return shipping is your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made by email.
  • Most orders or portions of orders can be canceled up until the time it is shipped and is no longer in our possession.
  • Once an order ships it cannot be canceled.
  • Certain backordered parts cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
  • All cancellations must be made via email. We will not accept a voicemail as authorization for a cancellation.
  • If the canceled part was specially ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.

Warranties

  • Most GM parts are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.  Please email us at [email protected] for further details specific to a part, and what the process entails.
